Winning so many makes up for it.
More importantly, who would’ve been a better option for us this season?
I’m going with Iwobi.

Not in evidence so far this season.

Because he has saved Everton?
Not my point.
£40m for Everton.
An extra £35m for Arsenal.
At the moment Iwobi and Pepe are looking like a bad deal for all parties.
And if Martinelli is viewed as being a wide player, then wtf did we sign Pepe at all, instead of trying to replace Xhaka?!

Only if you don't take their wages into account. I got to look at the Torreira deal last season from one of my analyst m8s. Wilshere/Santi wages amounted to all our spend on Torreira/Gwen incl their wages for example. So I won't be shocked to see that sending Mkhi to Roma and Iwobi amounted to the same. Consequence of paying too much wages for average players for the last 6/7 years.

Think he is best as a striker. I don't think they were sure where he would settle.
Chelsea ban being lifted is terrible news for KSE.
There goes yet another rule they can’t hide behind.

Agreed. Which is why I’d be happy to sell Auba or Laca next month.

Lacazette Yes. And I think Nketiah also has a chance to make it.
People go on (rightly tbf) about Ozil away from home.
Wtf about Lacazette?!
Ridiculous thing is, could just play Auba away, Laca home, and that might actually work well for us over the season!
Too obvious though
Been saying for 2 years now, lacazette is shiiit

“If you’re looking at it tactically what Brighton did well today is that the two wide players came very narrow and they outnumbered Arsenal in that midfield area and had so much time. Xhaka was never going to get near anyone,” Pardew said.
“This is a fundamental problem when you give a team too much space.”
And some thought he was the best player.I sometimes cry at the lack of fundamental football knowledge that really your games teacher instills in you at 12.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
We left space all over the pitch and not only midfield.
They were most dangerous over Bellerin's side who was running forward misplaced his pass and stopped playing. No cover what so ever.
If you didnt see that you're clueless.
Gwendouzi will save us....I know it.
Would love a top four finish and an fa cup right now
This season is a write off, Crouch. Needs to make sure we wont get relegated.

Why do you always mention guendouzi geets? He's not been great, but there's no need to pick on him.

everyone to blame apart from Xhaka "who played well"
anyone see him give the ball away at the very end and they almost scored from it?

Knew you'd bring that up

Not picking on him, Tu but to do so as if with him everything is going better is plain and simple wrong. I wouldnt start him every game myself.
