Arsenal will be willing to listen to offers for Rob Holding, Sokratis and maybe Shkodran Mustafi. [@David_Ornstein]
======
Only one that surprises me a little is Rob Holding. Say what you like about him, but it did look like he was beginning to be a mainstay in the first team up until he had that injury at Old Trafford a year and a half ago. But he does seem to have struggled a lot since then, so I’m not entirely shocked.
I’d still give him one more year before thinking about selling him, especially as he’s a homegrown player. It’s a shame that we’re looking to offload though.
I like Holding, and he certainly wouldn't be the first of our current CBs I'd be looking to sell.
However the British thing could bring in a few more £££s, so yeah, could be the club's thinking behind it.
Injuries have really hampered him

So Torreira going to stay then.

He went heavy on the weights during the lockdown. Maybe a break is what he needed.
Gotta look buff for those Italian beaches, mate.
"Maybe Mustafi"
Wouldn't worry about HG Samir, we have space.
If Torreira has to be sold to get Partey then let him go
Holding looked ok in a back 3, but never convinced in a 2. It was his on the ball ability that surprised me the most tbh.
If arteta wants to get rid, I trust him.

Agreed
Partey is a holding player. Hasn't Xhaka assumed that role under Emery and Arteta?
If Partey is as good as peoples' excitement over us getting him suggests he is, then having him with Xhaka as back up starts inching us closer to having a squad with some depth.
As poor as I think Xhaka is as a starter, not too many other PL clubs have a CM player of his quality on the bench.
Started watching Homecoming and The People v. OJ Simpson. 4 eps into both. Both have been really good so far.
Partey is B2B and can definitely work alongside Xhaka as the right sided one of the partnership
I think Partey's style is more suited to Ceballos as a partner.
We arent keeping Ceballos.
Ok then someone who can do a similar role. Maybe develop Willock or Smith-Rowe to it.
Xhaka has actually been the key player in the Artera reign so far. Cant see him being replaced.
Although the wage cut incident has died down. I still think that the other 2 protagonists who have escaped the spotlight for refusing Arteta, are Ozil's best friends at the club.
Yeah, thought it was Ozil +1 tbh
