Also, grealish is outstanding. Would've loved to have got him, no chance now.

Can't help but feel that he's Zaha'd himself by signing that new contract. Villa's level is mid table or thereabouts. He's gonna find it really hard to get the move he wants, unless someone is willing to fork out an exorbitant fee on him.

If only Lacazette could tap into Eddie’s top tap-in ability, he’d now be half the player he once was.

Being linked with signing a new striker in January.

I wonder if we're the only team in the premier league not to have been awarded a pen in all competitions so far this season. I wonder when we may actually finally get a 1st penalty.

Unless they extend the penalty area to the halfway line for Arsenal matches, the likelihood of getting one remains low.

Looking forward to the meltdown tonight when Elneny and Xhaka start with Partey on the bench, Eddie up front, Auba wide.
The meltdowns tend to be better than the actual game.

Vardy definitely will get one

Lex has a point. To get a penalty, we will need to at least try to provoke one by either going into the box or shooting from outside it and hoping for a handball. Very unlikely.

Quite an interesting article from the Telegraph this morning highlighting how the rest of the league are becoming more attacking and we are left behind.

Would agree if we didn't only have to go back to our last league match to see us denied yet another clear penalty.

Most teams in the league play better attacking football than us.

We have shored up the defence for sure but in terms of attacking pattern of play, free flowing football, the current set us probably the same or worse than Emerys reign

So far this season we only really had one really shout for a pen which was last week but it is ridiculous why refs are so afraid to give us anything and VAR didn't even check it! we only had 3 pens in the league all of last season, we had at least 4 not given which were stonewall.

Seen this too. Don't know how accurate it is but if true, then it is worse than I imagined.

Shots this season:

Salah - 29
Mitrovic - 26
Kane - 25
Bamford - 23
Calvert-Lewin - 20
Mane - 20
Auba+Laca+Willian+Pepe combined - 19
Antonio - 18
Maupay - 18

It looks even uglier if you put into shots/min played.

I still don't know how arteta wants to play. Initially thought it would be very much Pep like but it's far closer to what Emery was doing.

Rigid formation, players playing out of position.

Apparently the correct call would’ve been an indirect free kick?

Leicester do have a lot of injuries, surely surely we must take advantage of this and win comfortably especially if there's no Vardy.

Well I prefer to win games and play ugly than to play offensive football and losing with a hurray.
