Not sure that I am ready to laugh about this. Like most folk on here I guess I was fully taken in by this deception. Admin stated that those who donated money, said more about their characters than jungles. True, but I feel the net effect will be that I will be a lot more reticent to donate to charity in the future.

The only solace that I have taken is the irony of my user name...guess it wasn't my idea after all.

Don't let one fantasist ruin it for you, schizo; ja606 is a great site.

Got to reiterate what a great thread this has been, and to have been a part of it was even better, waiting for the latest angle for a joke and one-liner

All I can say is that with hindsight it turns out my attitude.. my general apathy towards Jinky's "death" and the fact I think Jungle was a boring fud were bang on the money even if I didn't know why

The gutting this is knowing a thread like this probably won't come around again for ages

Agreed that he most needs to speak to a professional about this. It's not normal behaviour, but I can understand that he was lonely and wanted to be accepted and through the veil of anonymity that the Internet can provide he saw an opportunity to create a persona he felt fans would accept.. This just wasn't the way to go about it obviously.

Just comes across as a daft and very lonely individual. He's probably feeling sick (and rightly so) as he's just ruined something that obviously meant a lot to him.

One thing I will say if you are still reading this Jungle, if you feel you can't speak to a doctor about being down, lonely, or feelings of rejection just try and speak to anyone.. The Samaritans are great. My mum used them when her brother died, and also when she found out my brother might not live longer than a few hours or days.. Also my mate is a volunteer for them and I've met a few of his co-volunteers and they are wonderful people. Get yourself some help mate

Never saw that one JBJ I gave up at page 32 and skipped to 52.

At the start it was going up by 3 pages for everyone you read. Trying to catch up was murder

Even his apology thread is hard to take seriously now after what he has done. Just an article feeling sorry for himself.

5 articles in 3 day period in october with health updates on "his da" , its a selfish self centred need for attention that i expect off a 15 year old girl not a middle aged man.

Dnt know about the uncle, had he already passed when he started on the old 606. Im saying that as if this uncle story is true which it probably isnt.

His apology is nothing more than an article of self pity most of which i would be surprised if it was even true
