Headless chicken with no end product.

I couldn't disagree more if I tried.

Henderson is better than Ramsey.

Read all my previous comments. Henderson has a good engine but is not a top player. It's clear Brendan has asked him to get forward but he doesn't defend and against a determined defence, he looks limited. It needs a lot of faith to keep picking him.

Good enough for what?

Most of us here rate Henderson. They in fact overate him. I don’t . He runs a lot but mostly away from the ball. He can’t tackle. In my opinion. He is a mix of Kuyt and Nunez.

Henderson would build a good Premier League career at a team like Sunderland or Southampton or Stoke. For a side with Liverpool's ambitions, he probably shouldn't be starting in the team.

Observe how his goals are mostly one touch finishes when busting a gut to get into a shooting position.

Whenever he has to think, especially under pressure he crumbles as his brain just isn't quick enough to compute certain moves.

And as you said, he cannot tackle, he covers a lot of ground but isn't fast and to top it off, a blindman trapped in a dark cave has got more vision than him.

At 23, he's not gonna improve in any of these aspects as they're mostly intrinsic, you can train all you want.

You look at Sterling, Suso, Ibe and you can see talent, none are ready yet but it's very obvious they will be good players.

When you look at Henderson you just wonder how he got the gig, and you remind yourself Dalglish was in charge when he was signed and suddenly it all makes sense.

henderson is a bit like milner i think. pretty good all round player but perhaps doesn't have the match winning ability that the front 4 players need. however if liverpool have their 3 match winners in coutinho, suarez and sturridge all playing, he doesn't look out of place and compliments them pretty well. today was just a bad game in all aspects.

there is not an ounce of technical ability in the lad.

-------
That's a ridiculous statement to make. He is technically very very good, and has terrific endurance.

What he lacks is courage to do what he can.

I like him. I think his passing ability and technique is underrated by those that don't watch him much.

Can Henderson change a game on his own? Can he tackle? Can he shoot the ball other than his outside foot? Can he beat a player? Can he make forward passes? I can go on.
If yes then you definitely overate him.

Ramsey haqs had a lots of sticks from Arsenal fans but his working hard has turned into some goals for them. We are not getting anything out of Henderson hard work.

Let us be honest. We are not going to go forward if we keep playing overrated players.

Milner is criminally underrated, he's not a world beater but he's a good player and was exponentially better than Henderson at his age when he earned his City move.

Henderson never impressed at Sunderland.

Ramsey is not world beater either, but he is much much better than Henderson on the ball (most players are) and he struggled to get over that dreadful broken leg.

Should the blame then lay at the managers door, he is the one who can get him playing without fear.

Milner, dont compare Henderson to Milner.....

Henderson is much better than Milner!

unbiased view - henderson just need a bit more time to adjust to playing for a big club. Think he will be fine given time.
