That isn't true, it is also well known that having a good laugh before bed helps with sleep.

GT, I had that trouble for years. I didn't want to find myself taking sleeping pills for the rest of my life, so I told myself I'd have to find the way to overcome the problem on my own. I'm over it now except for the occasional spell that doesn't really trouble me, and have never needed to resort to meds.

I realised that apart from all the worries I'd go over during the night, one of the main causes of anxiety was the actual problem of not getting enough sleep. The problem was feeding itself and self-perpetuating.

What I finally found helped me the most was to convince myself that sleep in itself wasn't the most important thing; that if I just relaxed I'd get the rest I needed regardless of whether I got to sleep or not.

Sometimes I'd get back to sleep and sometimes not, but by telling myself it didn't really matter that much, it gradually became less of a problem.

As said, nowadays I might have the odd occasional phase of sleeplessness, but I don't let it bother me that much and, as a result, it doesn't really last.

Sorry I get you. What's going on?

To be fair you can still see plenty of City fans on the stairs making their way to the seats. Will see later on how full it looks, but it's very amateur to either not turn up in time or not have the means go getting everyone in by KO.

Suppose they're still relatively new to midweek games.
