They had a piiiiiiss easy group.

Any be deemed unfair in this instance as there was a draw, and everyone knew the rules and agreed.

Never knew they couldn't draw NI or Greece so

So...all your own work then....

England U17s through to the World Cup quarter-finals after beating Japan 5-3 on penalties.

Match ended goalless after 90 minutes.

Not the best performance. Looked very weary 2nd half and weren't able to get much of a foothold.

Did well to convert 5 out of 5 from the spot though given it's basically the same group who lost the Euro U17 final during the summer on penalties.

They'll play the USA on Saturday.

Is Sancho still with the squad? I read Dortmunf wanted to recall him after the group stages.

He's already been recalled.

Played and scored for their U19s this afternoon against APOEL.

I don't see why he had to return personally if it wasn't for first team duties but that's just me.
