well you could see he moves his hand to bat it away.
if his hand hadnt moved towards the ball i doubt it would have been given!

Ref interpreted there was no reason for Perisic to have his arm out there.
It's the ref deciding, not VAR.
VAR fan boys go and have a lie down.
This is World Cup final ffs.

if that's a pen, then everytime the ball makes any kind of contact with a defenders hand in the box its a pen
Only one other final since 1986 has seen both sides score, 2006
Another instance where the ref feels pressured because they told him to view it on the screen. Need to remove that element from VAR.
