This is the sort of fixture I'd have expected on MNF

What annoys me is this uproar over “follow through” on tackles.

If you go for the ball and get it, it is impossible not to follow through. They claim it is effectively reckless or endangering an opponent, which is a load of rubbish.

The only bad tackles are those that are showing studs, are too high or deliberately playing the man.

Anything else is collateral damage in my opinion. This is supposed to be a physical contact sport, and players should also learn the art of riding a tackle, which is what I was taught as a young player
