Ajax have knocked out two of the three big favourites of the tournament. I think it's Ajax vs Liverpool or Barca. Baca and Liverpool will be too close, I personally think Liverpool can beat them
----------------------------------------------------------------------
With barca it's about Messi. If he plays like he did against Roma then Liverpool win. But if he decides he want to prove a point barca will win
Let's talk about Liverpool winning the real double. Because that's now a possibility.

I kept saying that the dread Liverpool Spurs final will happen but none of you listened

Have to admire what Spurs have done the last few years the caaants
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Let's just hope we aren't admiring them winning the CL
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Can't think of anything worse
The problem is if Spurs defend like they did again tonight, then Ajax will have the advantage.
I can see Spurs scoring against Ajax, but it's their defence that they should be concerned about - as well as not having Son and Kane?

How costly was Augero pen
----------------------------------------------------------------------
You say that, but to score 4 goals at home and not win the tie after only being 1 goal down from the first leg suggests that City's defence was the biggest let down.
City's defence was shambolic tonight. Aymeric Laporte picked the worst game to have a sunday league standard performance for them
The prospect of Spurs winning the CL is becoming even more real by the second...
I actually think they will beat Ajax in the next round, which means Liverpool/Barcelona will have no choice but to beat them in the final. There is no other option.
Spurs cannot win the CL. It would be the end of times.
amazed not many talking about a pool double before tonight

Not too sure looking at how Liverpool would've opened up Barca given the same chances utd had at the start of the game. Though Messi factor is the single biggest factor
Spurs don't need Kane, we should take him off their hands
What QF was more intense lads? PSG and Barca two years ago or this?
Thing is Spurs and Liverpool are there!

But they need Son, and he's missing the first leg! Very vital factor that
Harry Kane won't be there to lead them out in Amsterdam, and God forbid if they progress to Madrid, he won't be there to lead them out in the final either

He'll still claim to be there in spirit though.
It's gonna be tough for City to pick themselves up for the league game now

Remember with Messi it's not about him scoring, he brings others into the game. If Messi has a good game I don't see Liverpool going to the final.

Yes, he got the dreaded yellow card count out.
That topped the PSG Barca game from two years ago for me. Best game I’ve ever seen.
