Madrid need a rebuild but they will want better than Sterling, like Hazard and Salah. That’s why he wouldn’t get in the Madrid team - he’s below the calibre they look to buy.

Bit of a specific statement for something you can’t back up or provide evidence for. They’ve actually been linked with Sterling more than Salah, for example. What is likely is that if they’d consider spending big money on a winger they would probably consider Sterling. And bit of a weird way to interpret the question, it was whether he’d start for Madrid right now, which he would. Would any Madrid player start over Sterling for City? No.

Sterling is so underrated by some fans. I get who he plays for/played for, but he’s quite clearly one of the top attacking players in football. Most teams would love to have him.

Gets on my nerves how many teams just roll over and show this city team far to much respect. It’s like “ you play football and come at us “, it’s inevitable with the quality they have, they will eventually score. As Spurs proved in the CL, go at them and you can hurt them. We scored 3 goals at the Etihad, they can be got at. Teams just roll over for this lot.
