I think it’s a disgusting protocol to be honest.

3 chances to stop being racist?? Outrageous.

If they’re serious about stamping this out of football then you stop the match and award the other team a 10-0 default win.

Wouldn't say it's 60m. There are quite a few die hard Man Utd fans like myself that support United and not England.

Just suspend Bulgaria from all international competitions for a few years. They will eventually sober up.

The seedings for Euro 20 will be interesting. Holders Portugal 3rd seed. Germany or Netherlands potentially that low as well. Ukraine and Turkey top seeds.

Given that almost half of the draw is already determined, there won't be a lot of scope for surprise.
