I can’t knock him but feel he’s kind of blagged his way through this tournament...even if we win this it’s still bizarre to take off probablt the prems best at drawing fouls and holding onto the ball

Should have taken Sterling off, for 2 reasons, one is that he's probably knackered and will likely play in the final, second, he's not been that good, especially second half.

I think Southgate has done a lot of good stuff behind the scenes by the sounds of it, managing the players and the occasion and stuff but I really don't rate his tactical approach or game management. It's come off so far but it could easily have gone the other way a couple of times

He isn't perfect. But he has done a better job than the managers before him. Deserves respect tbh

I think he obviously deserves respect, he really understands what the English football team means to the country and many of the reasons we have failed in the past. That might be enough to get us over the line, but with a better manager we'd look much more convincing

Don’t get the issue, it was absolutely the right one of the front four to bring off for Trippier.

Sterling you’d replace like for like.

Pickford's clearances are a liability.

He has, but he's got a deeper squad of quality players than previous England managers have had.

I guess you can't argue with results, but that doesn't mean he's beyond criticism.
