Paul- What made you go veggie?
Not the same thing of course, but I've recently stopped eating red meats.

I went veggie when I was 10
Couldn't see the reason to kill animals when there was no need
My mrs is veggie as well but we decided to not force our beliefs on the kids,rather they made their own choices
oh, and mackerel of course
Tuna is decent. Get's boring though.
Salmon is lovely imo. I always oven cook it in tin foil. Add a bit of olive oil, herbs, butter and lemon juice to it.
I eat skinless salmon, salmon with skin is horrid
