Just got over a bad case of blistering to the palm. It's now cleared and will be back to handballing this weekend.
My handball injuries are well noted on here
I have now started to learn the art of using both hands so when the friction is to much for the right I switch tactics and start to play the left.
It takes some getting used to but it works once you get the hang of it
Another top tip I have come across is this,
Before play commences try sitting on your chosen hand for about 10 minutes!! (It sould go numb)

I’m always looking for somewhere new to go for lunch so thought I’d try this place out initially just for a drink and a snack. It’s a lovely place and the menu looks great but after queueing for 10 minutes I saw a sign advising no cards accepted for less than £10. As I only wanted a couple of drinks and a snack on this occasion I was under that threshold and as I live in the 21st century and rarely carry cash these days I had to put everything back and leave.
