Coutinho had a great run on the left of our midfield diamond in the title challenge season but then again, we were playing so well as a team that every player looked good. At home against the weaker teams it may well work but I don't think it should be a regular occurrence. Strange thing with Coutinho is that as good a player as he is, I don't really know what his best position is. Is he a number 10? Left winger who cuts inside? Can he play left back?
Klopp is currently playing Lallana in midfield, i dont see why he shouldnt try Coutinho there (the man stood up to Nzonzi once)
Coutinho's best work has always been in and around the centre circle in midfield when we're in transition. With Klopp's tactics i dont see why we can use his main weapon which is through balls on the counter.

For me Coutinho is a left wide player. He concedes possession too easily to be a No 10.
I think this alleged run in a diamond in 2014 is a bit of myth as it was only ever about 5-10 games.
Coutinho and Firmino work very well together, they have combined for more goals than any other players in the league in 2016.
Lallana concedes possession even more than coutinho does

Lallana isn't playing as 10 either though so irrelevant really.
