You need to broaden you're horizons!
I'd be happy if we only signed Keita, VVD, Salah and a left back, tie Can down.
Flog Moreno, Sakho and a few others (Stewart, Lucas)
Keep Sturridge for another year for depth.

Keita £70m
VVD £70m
Left back up to £40m
Out £215m max
Moreno £15m
Sakho £25m
Stewart £8m
Lucas £5m
Markovic £15m
Assorted youth £5m
In £73m
Net spend approx £140m depending on who we sign for left back. A big spend but would leave us with a very high value young squad and not a lot of work to be done in the future (potentially). With prices as they are we could conceivably get £100m of that back by selling Coutinho next summer.

DF: Clyne, TAA, Milner, Matip, Lovren, Klavan, VVD, LB (new)
MF: Henderson, Wijnaldum, Can, Lallana, Keita, Grujic

25 players registered. Get around the squad numbers with HG players like TAA and Woodburn.

Anyway peeps, what are we expecting from the coming season? Personally I feel top 4, beyond the groups in the CL and maybe a cup semi-final would be enough to satisfy me. Bit different from my youth, when anything less than 2 trophies a year was disappointing!
