The way we are playing suggests to me we will get top four again. I see United definitely there but can see Spurs, Chelsea, Arsenal dropping lots of points.

Today was really annoying though as it was a chance to capitalise on other results and we chucked it.

West Brom midweek will be similar to today in terms of the game I expect.

They will defend deep and in numbers and ask us to break them down.

We will see a lot of changes again. Salah will start as he was subbed off early. Firmino and Coutinho will likely start also. Mane may be vulnerable or we could go with the fab 4. Wijnaldum and Can will probably come in. Robertson might get another game with Moreno out and Trent might come in at right back (although Gomez was brilliant today).

Bournemouth next weekend will be a different game though. We owe them one after last season and they are a side who will attack us a bit and not just all defend.

Then a nice week off before Arsenal, while they have a League Cup tie against West Ham to play. Small advantage of being out of the League Cup for us there. I’d rather be in it but take what you can get.

What, you don’t understand the word usually?

I understand that was your get out clause!

Yes, correctly using the English language as I intended has got me out of a right hole there.

Must keep me top of the JA606 point scoring league.

West Brom really need a win and the crowd are desperate for some positive football so you never know they maybe just a little more adventurous than u think
You’re probably right though so an early goal wood be nice

Nah they ain’t going to come and attack at Anfield.

They might not be as terrible as Everton but I doubt they will be near our box too often.

Hopeful we will win if we play our strongest side. With a weeks break between Bournemouth and Arsenal there’s no reason we shouldn’t be playing close to full strength for both matches.
For WBA:

Mig
TAA Klavan Lovren Robertson
Wij Can Coutinho
Salah Firmino Mane

For some reason I thought we were playing at West Brom, same as today then

Lovren, even after he was shiiiit today

You pick Williams and he’s shiiiit every week.

Lovrens was hardly shiiiiit today.

His only blemish is putting his hands near a diver.

What with the decision against stoke (penalty with a "push" by Henderson) I do wonder if some of these deserve retrospective punishment, I know you can't change the result, but issuing a yellow wouldn't be amiss in my opinion

You are one sad little fecker stalking me around on here aren’t you, particularly on this thread.

Congratulations on fluking a point in your cup final with the referees help.

It was clear to all and sundry his terrible Everton are today, play like that every week and you will be relegated.

Weird how a load of other Everton fans came out the woodwork as well to celebrate

Lovren should never do interviews. He's always bigging himself up in interviews and then turn in those type of performances in the next game.

posted on 11/12/17

It wasn’t a type of performance though was it.

It was good performance from until he lent on a player who threw himself to the ground.

posted on 11/12/17

The one moment in the game where he had to defend and he stuffed it up.

Guy is a walking brain fart.

posted on 11/12/17

Looking back after the anger has eased you have to once again question the donkey that is Lovren. Penalty was harsh but still a pen nevertheless. The guy was going away from goal and once again he commits a schoolboy error.

Unfortunately only saw bits and pieces of the game but I can't believe that we've had 2 questionable penalties against us in 2 PL games. Seems a tad harsh.

Mignolet could've and should have been sent against Stoke

That is very true, perhaps this is how we are paying for that decision!
