But but but if Jose was our manager we would have won 5-0

Seriously starting to think fatigue/injury is the only thing that can stop us winning this thing.

We have scored at least 5 goals against every single team we have played in the competition, and there is absolutely nothing defensively about Bayern or Real that says they will stop us scoring a few either.

When we turn on the power running we are over-running every opponent. They only time we wobble is when the legs go, and/or we get nervous.

My fear in a potential final would be we get istanbulled.

My fear is going up 3 goals and conceding 3 goals in the last 5 minutes of injury time with Lovren causing a penalty, an own goal and an other error.

Our biggest problem at this stage of the season is it now being far more tense in the race for top 4 than it could have been and us picking up injuries every couple of games. The way we play football makes this inevitable but we need to increase the size of the squad in summer in order to sustain this next season.

A win at the weekend would be excellent but I don't see it as we've barely got any players left!!

Stoke are horrendous. Easy 3 points.

Roma helped make us look that good. Neither Bayern or real Madrid would set up that way against us.

Not sure why you would think that way really.

Bayern have played basically the same way for years and don’t tend to change for anyone.

Real were ridiculously open last night and at home to Juve, and have been poor defensively all season.

There has been very little tactical variation between matches this season in the CL. The trend seems to be ‘this is how we play, deal with it’.

Well no they aren’t going to set up identical to Roma.

I think you do us a disservice though.

5 goals against every single team we have faced shows we can play against different types of opponent.

Neither Real or Bayern will set up against like Man Utd.

And my point is that Bayern and Real allowed each other to play and didn’t look very good.

That doesn’t mean we will beat either but it certainly gave me encouragement.
