You know I was thinking last night when the Fabinho stuff emerged. By the time Klopp is done with us and cemented his legacy as one of the greatest LFC managers in our history...there's going to be a statue of Michael Edwards outside Kirkby.

Riera was a decent signing TBH. Not a world beater but did a good job for us.

I think he's a better keeper. Done very well for Aberdeen in Scotland then again for Huddersfield being consistent at both.

Deserves a chance more than Karius or Mignolet.

It seems like Rap's return has given the OP the kick up the booty that he needed

I suspect his LFC career is over.

Doubt we'll sell both Mignolet and Karius this window.

Of all the players we have, none will be more desperate to prove himself than Karius now, a mentality that will fit in well in the squad.

I think he will start between the sticks in the first game of next season.

We do need a new captain though.

I think Henderson's captaincy has run it's course and he won't be an automatic starter next season, neither will Milner.

We need somebody in there who is a proper leader, who would have picked the team up when Salah went off a la Gerrard would have. Henderson didn't do that.

We need an automatic starter in the side as captain, VVD is the obvious choice. Oxlade-Chamberlain looks like he's also being groomed for the role doing so many interviews.
