It's great that they all bond so well but some of that was approaching Pogba/Lingard levels

Have people seen the videos circulating of the last couple of times VVD played against Barcelona, one at home and another in the Nou Camp.

Absolutely outstanding in both games going by his highlights reel. Put in a couple of those monstrous performances that we are accustomed to seeing on a weekly basis now.

Quite annoying we didn’t get him earlier as his potential and ability was clear to see even then. I know BR had sent scouts to look at him at one point but it wasn’t followed up.

I think Celtic lost those two games 1-0 and 2-1 by the way. Which shows his importance in those games considering they lost 7-0 in the same fixture a couple years after he left.

I take a 2-1 loss and with the atmosphere at Anfield more intense because it is Barça I see us playing with high energy and pressing them.

The atmosphere at Anfield is going to be unreal.

I’m considering going to Madrid if we get to the final. Not bothered if I don’t get a ticket I just want to soak up the atmosphere

Travel tip, direct to madrid will be heavily subscribed.

consider going to Mallorca and connecting from there, or into Barcelona, and then getting the AVE train from there (300km/h) to Madrid.

That’s what we are thinking. Flight to another airport and drive or train. Got a few red mates who love in Spain so considering that
