I said all along I thought Ole was a poor choice for a permanent employment and I'm being proven right.

Shaquiri’s not exactly proved to be the amazing signing you said he’d be, has he? More like the pretty uninspiring one everyone else thought he’d be.....

Shaqiri was a good signing. Puzzling as to why he's not been involved recently.

He’s not had that many good games if you actually think back though. I suspect he rates himself higher than Klopp does, I’m pretty sure there was something a while back about him not being happy being used as a sub. There were several games where he was garbage when he game on, and he’s hardly been seen since. Think it was the Wolves game that was the final straw??

I think Shaq has been a good signing. Got a couple of
vital goals for us off the bench and had looked good when he came on earlier in the season.

Think he’s a good squad player and option to have off the bench.

At the time, I wasn’t particularly inspired by the signing, but he did have a good spell and I thought I’d been proved wrong, which I’m very happy to be with signings. Now I think he is how I’d thought he’d be

I agree he was a good signing, he was cheep and if we sell him we’ll make good money but I don’t think it’s puzzling he’s not been involved.

We’ve been in very good form and winning games, Henderson & Naby have been excellent as have the front 3.

I thought he would at least have had more substitute appearances than he has been.

We can make our squad and first 11 much stronger this summer. Neres or Bergwijn would be good additions for the wide positions.

Keita has played well the last few games. Fabinho the same. Hendo in his new position is so much better.
He can press much better than Keita and Fabinho. He has also better movement to get in the box than the other two.

Matip was great yesterday with his distribution.

Keita’s been the player we all thought he’d be the last few games, which is a relief. Hopefully he’s now settled and he’ll really kick on next season.

Shaq had a very good first half to the season, contributed a lot.

Not sure why he hasn’t been involved in a long while but I reckon Klopp thinks we aren’t solid enough with Shaq in the middle.

He’s been a bit unlucky that none of the front 3 have been injured this season (touch wood)

Reports of us being in for Nicolas Pépé of Lille.

Klopp was always screaming at Shaqiri as he was doing what most of us said he would do, being lazy and not pressing and tracking back. Klopp is now teaching him a lesson and I expect him to be involved more next season. He's still a good signing for me at that price for a squad player.

Happens so often.... play moves for big money and struggles to settle in a new country.

It was evident he needed confidence and to get up to speed. Another summer to knuckle down in pre season and we have a great addition to the squad

I really like Keita is willing to take on players in front of him rather than taking the easy option to pass sideways all the time. Really important when playing against the bus parking sides. Ox was able to provide it last year and we have been missing it at times this season.

There's clearly nothing wrong between them on a personal level, Shaqiri jumped into Klopp's arms to celebrate a goal recently (can't remember which game).

Caught offside at it again. They posted that Liverpool fans were singing about Sala’s death yesterday. It was a made up story by one twitter account who wasn’t even at the game. The Cardiff fans said it never happened and every fan that went said the same. Shameful!!

The game changer has been Hendo in a more advanced role. I thought the Southampton impact was more a one off to prove a point but he's backed it up.

Wij also looked decent after a few games on the bench. Good use of the squad by Klopp.

Impressive that the opening goal was pre-planned, but only at half time after Wijnaldum pointed out that nobody was marking him at corners. Confidence must be sky high in the dressing room at the moment. We don't look nervous at all. I was getting twitchy watching the match yesterday but the lads seem incredibly patient and confident that a goal will come eventually in each match.

This.

As brilliant a player as he is, if Coutinho was still here I get the feeling our team would have been passing to him and hoping he hits a 25 yarder into the top corner yesterday.
