I was the king of FIFA 10.

To this day I've never met anyone who could beat me at it and only ever played with Napoli or Aston Villa too. Lavezzi was the business and Quaglialera too. Villa with Young and Carew.

Napoli away has always been a difficult fixture for us the last few times we've been there. Not too fussed to be honest I fancy us to do the business in the rest of the group games and hammer them at Anfield.

Disappointed with the result, but they edged it the whole game to be honest.

We never really got going misplaced passes etc, milly looked slow.. Our front three were off.

Really disappointing as we should have got something out the game and a dive has cost us getting anything.

Next game at home to Salzburg is the the most important in the group stage now. Must win.

Meh, we can still go through with three wins at home and a draw at Salzburg. Genk looked mince vs. Salzburg so away we should be beating them too, we'll be fine but might not top the group depending on the Napoli results.

Let's face it we were going to lose a game at some point, that's probably the one I'd have picked.

Still 15 points up for grabs which will easily see us top the group.

VAR finally worked against us...everyone else can shut up now.

Fed up with VAR, was great at the world cup, uefa have taken a step back with it... The Premier league has taken two

Because you have 40+ year old men with diminishing eyesight and receding hairlines trying to govern a sport that is sometimes played in the blink of an eye.

I blame brexit...foreigners understand technology better. English people want to go back to the stone ages.

The team for the away meeting was worse, Gerrard wasn't even on the bench

Oops.

Was just going to write people were spot on when thry said VAR coming in would affect us negatively.

Not sure they meant like this. Cant understand last night and at the weekend. It simply looks clear and obvious.

Yes, it's when they started applying the 'clear and obvious error' part of it. They didn't really do that at the World Cup. That term needs to go, it leads to the same subjectivity that was there before VAR.

I have a South African who works for me and he said broadband is woeful there.

I once asked him if he was ever upstairs and getting dressed when suddenly a giraffe walks past and looks in the window at him. He never answered me, just shook his head. I don't know what his problem is.

The answer is simple, put the senior ref in the VAR suite.

Yes he will be overruling the ref on the pitch but we need to acknowledge how much faster the game is now.

It's not so bad now....just too fecking expensive compared with the rest of Africa....let alone the world.

Everything internet related we get taken to the cleaners here because you know...emerging market so international corporations can exploit us with little repercussions because the government are a million times worse..

Or just take away clear and obvious error so if it's an error it gets changed, without the added subjectivity.

Even in that game I thought we could have at least drew it. Scoreline did not do the performance justice.
