He's just a different type of player and therefore finds himself in more spaces in the attacking third. No point asking him to hold, that's not his game. He did a great job with the pressing also, which was the main plus for me as we all know he is good on the ball.

Pearce says Thiago wants a PL move and would cost £30m but only chance will happen if we can't get Gini to sign a new deal.

If Gini does not sign a new deal then he will just run his contract out than look for a new club.

He was on the left of our midfield 3 as per usual in the first half. In the second half, he found himself out wider on the right for a small period of time. Is this what leads you to think he had a free role, because there are countless times over the last season Henderson has done exactly the same.

He literally switched sides with Wijnaldum in the second half. It wasn't a small period. He was only back on the left again because of the subs.

It was very bad. The military should consider using highlights of the game as a form of torture to our enemies.

I literally decided to do work than continue paying attention to that Spurs performance.

I'm not sure I think you have to appreciate the art of Serge Aurier ability to hit the first man with every cross he attempts. Genius.
