Danny is pretty much right. Most of us don't wanna lose weight just fat. Tighten up the foods you're eating and do more training aimed at fat stripping relative to strength work.

Jenas has got pretty massive since he has retired.
Rio was smaller and weighed the same according to google, plus if you saw them shirtless (ewww) Rio had far less body fat
