Doing a cracking job with arro Wahl. Keep up the good work.
Got my eating well under control atm. Even Saturday when I was hungover as shlt I didn't do that badly. Got a chicken breast brown rice and 5 portions of carrots/broccoli planned for dinner too.
Been a very long time since I did a max squat or dead though. All my injuries cleaned up well but for my right leg, there's still lots of shlt going on there. My leg day is all jump lunges mountain climbers burps and that misery.

Well as you know I'm 78-80kg atm (NO NUMBERS ) so I'd say cutting is done. Its really nice having proper abs again! I'm just levelling out for a couple weeks then I'm gonna bulk. But this time I'm going to go for as clean a bulk as possible so I imagine I will be falling out of love with food in the next 4 weeks or so.
My dietary weakness is bread. It takes effort to cut it out. Once I'm on a roll it is okay but starting is a bltch

I dont look skinny though. Admittedly i look better and better the less clothes i have on. I have a pretty narrow waist so proportionally it's all pretty great. And actually I dont wanna be much bigger than I am. But there's always work to be done right... a few kilos spread between arms and legs and I'd be close to what I want as a finished article. But I'm happy where I am too, tbh.
Tbh I think I might actually be below 10% now. On Saturday when I was dehydrated as fk (it shames me to admit this) I got a couple of ridiculous photos.
Oh and as for kcal... 3k for cutting, 3.5k for maintenance and 4k for bulking. Roughly. And you know I don't count religiously.

I'm 6'0. Probably closer to 5'11 than 6'1.
The body is largely for the honeys so just go to places where shirtlessness is acceptable.
They are on my comp not my phone. Another time perhaps.
Yeah Danny I'm a burner. Ectomorph my shlt up. Which makes it even more impressive that I ever got fat to begin with!
I do want a bit extra but I think 90kg would start to compromise my mainstream appeal a little bit. 85 is probably perfect tcw.
