Well here I am eating my own words, Gunpowder was a damp squib. Never really got going, mediocre acting not helped by equally mediocre writing. Mark Gatiss probably the pick of the bunch, not saying a great deal though. Wouldn't waste your time with it

Went to see the Death of Stalin this afternoon though and really enjoyed that. Really interesting take and deffo worth a watch

I noticed that the Beeb haven't been advertising Gunpowder as much as they could.

Watching Death of Stalin on Tuesday innit, glad it's good, unlike Geostorm, why did I agree to that

Hmmm, Blockbuster of the Year material here (after Star Wars) or train wreck in the waiting? You'd have thought there were enough good actors there to make something worth watching

Decent actor but not one that would be pivotal to a movie.

Watched Death of Stalin last night, wasn't for me. hated it

Well finally got round to finishing Liar, that ITV drama with Joanne Froggatt about the potential rape case, well worth the watch. Intelligent, thoughtful and well put together

Probably on to Stranger Things season 2 next

Thor 3 is actually pretty decent fun. Helped by having the two most interesting avengers and loki
