Yup it was dreadful sadly, the more time I have to think about the movie the worse my opinion on it gets. I definitely won't be paying money to watch the third one. In fact I personally don't even consider this new trilogy as canon, it's just Disney's weird, warped and inferior version of it as far as I'm concerned. The prequels were much better than this.

You are entitled to your opinion but your logic is contradictory. You say you aren't willing to pay money to watch episode 9 yet you retain hope for Solo, a film that the fans were never enthusiastic about and has had a host of issues through production.

Not really contradictory. As I explained I based that hope off the back of Rogue One being a good movie. Rogue One was an independent Star Wars movie as such, as is Solo. Neither are part of the original Episodes.
As for the production problems that Solo has gone through I'm not as concerned as many. Rogue One also had it's fair share of problems with extensive reshoots and script changes etc but that didn't stop it being good.
Then again I didn't say I was very hopeful of Solo being good. I said I had a flicker of hope that it might be good. I still have nagging doubts because Disney are involved and in my opinion they've ballsed up Episodes 7 and 8 especially.

Ha I saw that in the cinema when it came out all those years ago. Always thought it was a modern day remake of Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid but my mate argues it isn't.
Remember it got absolutely slated when it came out though.

I'm pretty sure that I never said anywhere that Solo will do well. How it does remains to be seen.
What I said was that I have a flicker of hope that it might be good. I'm also basing that on the fact that a very accomplished and experienced director in Ron Howard is now on board as well as the $400 million production budget that it's supposedly cost to make the movie.
At the same time I still have nagging doubts as it's still Disney making this movie and they in my opinion have just made a particularly poor Star Wars movie with the Last Jedi.
How long has Lagertha been really unrealistic and annoying for now?
im going from the moment she formed that band of shieldmaidens that somehow would be enough to overpower all the other warriors after a few weeks of training

Really good ELE series and quite violent as well

Basically the Street kings character. And that is a great movie.
He is same in rogue one, and before that in the boxing movie with gyllenhall
Will never watch that. Gyllenhall is the most boring actor ever just ahead of Toby McGuire.
