Now, what's the deal with the Terminator dark fate director having a pop at 'Internet trolls'?
ignore them, this only fuels the fire that maybe they know they might have a rubbish film on their hands, so start damage control...
you can't force people to like, and you can't blame people for having caution for this new Terminator film.
So using the sexist card already feels weak to me...

Haven't heard about any of this but if they're having to play the sexism card then the movie is quite possibly going to be garbage.

Terminator movies have always had strong females so if there's a fanbase that clearly isn't sexist it's Terminator fans.

It's going to be trash. Looks trash. They're obviously going the bigger is better route. I just don't feel Terminator has to be that. If they can write a decent story and build some suspense then it could rejuvenate this dying franchise.

Anyone finished watching stranger things 3 yet? Was a slow starter but by episode 4 it went up about 150mph. What an ending as well, a massive cliffhanger to think about.

Finished it yesterday - I wasn't impressed. The "scoop troop" story thread saved it, overall I would rate it a 4/10.

Like Stranger Things more than S2, but less than S1. That said I was playing Footy Manager until about episode 4 so maybe I missed some of the boring stuff.

well, i've finished Stranger Things. Overall, its enjoyable. better than S2. Not as good as S1.
Felt some characters were there as filler rather than having actually anything to do of note.
but its a more polished season.
Again, can't go into it without spoiling..
Scoops Ahoy gang ruled. Loved the drugged up scene. Erica, was great i thought. bordering on cliched but she gets away with it.
Good performances all round. 6/10

hey Dave, my rating is 6/10, because i did binge watch in 2 parts. but i did enjoy it.
I will be watching it again, cos i know i missed easter eggs and all that.

And agreed Superb. T2 fans sexist?!
this is a huge mistep.. San Diego, Comic-Con next week, should be interesting.

I felt Mike, Will and Hopper were the most annoying characters this season, which is a shame because they were arguably the some of the best characters of the previous seasons.

As characters Mike was turned into cocky brat, Will was stripped down to just scratching his neck and Hopper acted like a drunken, violent bully.

Also, the product placement was arguably the most aggressive I have seen from a TV show.

I also hated the team romance subplot this season, just seemed like the drama was completely forced, and took way much screen time.

Also, the queerr bating is a little annoying - it's great to have LGBTQ characters like Robin and (maybe) Mike, but at least flesh their experiences out...

I'm looking forward to Westworld...

I would probably rate season 1 a 10/10, season 2 was not nearly as fun.

Also, can't wait for Mindhunter season 2...

Kenard was just filler to me at one point

Kenard!! Dude needed a spin-off show. He meets Erica, boom modern day Bonnie and Clyde!

So, now I know it looks like I’m ragging on Terminator Dark Fate, and I really want it to be amazing, but I can’t help but get all cynical over comments they make.
So apparently before they wrote the thing, they spoke to a novelist, who pointed out that the Terminator films have a main trio of characters....?!
(What is that? Discovery of the age?!)
Then same dude suggests, how about you a have the protector as a ‘machine killer’....?!

Hmmm... a Machine. That kills...
in a Terminator movie...
I swear if I was in the room, somebody is getting a tiger knee to the side of their head!

Criminal case dropped against Kevin Spacey dropped. I haven't followed this very closely but if there are no other charges or cases then is he free to resume his career?

I wanted to punch Mike in this season. Such a bell and don't get me started on his barnet.

some people are hard to please. I thought it was fantastic after the first episode, which was needed anyway, loved the nostalgia, the deeper character development, just an enjoyable watch. Thought the storyline was impressive, as you'd think they'd be running out of things to do. Actually felt like they werent all invincible as I knew a few would die. (although hopper probably hasn't). The russian scientist guy was funny. Thought it tied the three storylines together well.

Agree. Was gutted Smirnoff got killed off, he was so happy after winning his prize!
