BH&R was when I started listening and I think that was their peak (great arguments for Origin of Symmetry and Absolution as well). I'll give repeated listens to everything they do though. Resistance was good. T2L was their worst effort, Drones has a few really great songs, but I'll give them a lot of leeway to be experimental and make songs with clunky political themes because I love the band

He's not my favourite artist, but I rate him.
Yes, there's one line where he makes a reference to money.
Muse definitely peaked at black holes and revelations. Think success of supermassive black holes and starlight ruined their original sound quite a bit. those were always the worse songs on that album, far to pop sounding. Assassin, hoodoo, Exo politics, city of delusion were all far better. But yeah their albums since then are poor, especially 2nd law. last one wasn't as bad as the others. But still not great.
But, showbiz, orgin of symmetry, and absolution are much better and far more original.
