I actually enjoy their stuff. Great atmosphere for a night listening session when you don't want to think a lot about anything
Tribal drum beats are one of those things I enjoy a lot in music and they have them in plenty.

Slaughter and the Dogs - It's alright
Marillion - Blue Angel
From one of the progressive rock albums of all time. Has all the experimentation and is prog and all but not pompous enough to put off prog haters.
