What if he makes it to the window and gets the enforcements you need and goes on a run. Plausible
Have you put four years worth of thought into this thread?

I was just going to post that the op hasn't thought this through properly.

Yeah, definitely what we need is to spend another £100m on players

So my opinion isn't valid because I haven't been on here in a few years? Please correct me if that's not what you meant.

If it is the right players that we need, then I don't see the problem.
What ever happens manager wise, we need someone up front to score goals.

We probably do, no matter who is in charge of us.
But give it to the same man that has not really got a lot for the £200m+ already spent?
LVG to play up front? Can't be worse then Rooney
From my part OP, I was taking the pee. Get over it.
but as Babyen says, you have not put much thought into it.
For example, where did you pull this from?
LVG - One more defeat Surely this cant be true?

Did I say your opinion isn't valid? I stated you hadn't thought this through properly.
Correct me if I'm wrong, haven't the club already backed him not long ago?
Sacking him today is no guarantee that we will improve enough to beat Stoke and Chelsea. It might well have a detrimental effect.

'Not much thought?'

Only repeating what I've read...
It's all over the gossip columns and all over this site. Why else would everyone think we could be in for Mourinho?
The same Mourinho that was backed publicly not so long ago by Chelsea.
Yeah, well you are meant to credit your source in the OP, so everyone can discredit your article when they see metro.co.uk
United have a squad that is better than what we are seeing from them currently, that is for sure IMO. Another manager would get you playing so hopefully LVG sticks around for now.

Herrera, Shaw, Bilnd, Rojo and Morgan are all better players than what were there before them.
Depay and Martial are for the future, not the present, so I wont judge them yet.
The jury is still out on Darmian.
IMO, the new players are not the issue, it is some of the ones who have been here some time, and a manager who has no idea why you can not play Carrick, Fellaini and Mata in midfield together.
Herrera & Shaw were Moyes purchases tbf
We've wasted a lot too VC
Correct me if I'm wrong, haven't the club already backed him not long ago?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Yes, the club have backed him in the past but you'd have thought with the 'Mourinho' talk now, that someone would come out and back him again? Put the story to bed, one way or another and let us try and salvage what we can from this season, with LVG or without him.
OP
Surely you can not be basing your OP on that link?

Which LVG purchases would you say have been a waste of money? Angel and Falcao (wages wise and loan fee). Who else?

Hence my comment
Say we do lose to Stoke, then that's 4 straight defeats preceded by 3 draws, and none of them against what you'd consider top class opposition, it's quite feasible the owners might look at it and think the season is slipping away, and act.

I am going for a lie down.
