Apparently the FA will be fined for this.
It's happened previously and they have had a fine of £1m before. They're loaded though so don't care.

UEFA give money to the member associations not to show games live on tv whilst the CL is being played, if association members show games live money will be deducted in way of a fine, therefore to show matches costs the sfa money which in turn costs the clubs
