These reports seem pretty flakey to be honest. I think if he wants to move to Arsenal he'll be moving for the original and agreed fee.
Unless contracts are genuinely the most ridiculously detailed things in the world.

£20m if Vardy wins the Premier League
£30m if Vardy wins the premier league and plays in the European championships
£32.5m if Bardy wins the premier league, score in the Euro's and is congratulated by James Miner in the Touchlibe
£2.2m if all of the above but he's endorsed by Peter Taylor.

It would seem logical that the original fee met (presuming accepted if vardy's been in talks with us) would be honoured imo, although this is a footballers contract we're talking about here
Seeing as Leicester accepted the earlier bid from Arsenal and Vardy is still deciding surely it means the fee will be £20mil.
Noway would Arsenal be paying £30mil for him.
I don't know, if it's true it would explain why Arsenal seemed so desperate to get him signed before the Euro's.
According to what I've seen, the £20m release clause had an expiry date of 3rd June. Hence why the bid was lodged just before he boarded the plane for France. As Arsenal activated this clause, this fee is binding even if the clause has now risen or been terminated. For clubs who didn't activate the clause on or before 3rd June, any new clause would now be applicable.
Anyway, I think Vardy has agreed to stay so it's probably all immaterial. The club seems to be confident he will stay now, according to various reports.

It also would leave virtually no time for his agent to get offers on the table once the season expired.
Also the increase of £10m is also thought to be nonsense - effectively the clause expires and then it's down to a negotiation between Leicester and Arsenal.
Either way we will never know but this £10m stuff came from pretty bad sources (the usual online journos with their own websites)....
What has come out this morning is Top revealing in an interview with the daily mail that he believes Vardy is staying. The decision has been made and we will know very soon.

Foxello - what you have said makes more sense although I read Arsenal were in a hurry because once they activated the clause - it remains binding until 3rd July. With the euros coming up it potentially may leave little time to get the offer sorted and also allow him time to think about things!

If you look at the quotes from Top he actually says that he "thinks" Vardy will stay rather than he "believes" he will stay.
I'm not being pedantic. It's just that these news outlets pick up a quote and then spin the headline for click bait. Like the other day when Mahrez said he'd "decided nothing", which suddenly became a come and get me plea to Arsenal.
We've actually learned very little new since this story actually broke, although I would agree that something from Top is probably the biggest indication we've had so far that the deal with Arsenal is far from done.
Joby - I was paraphrasing as I was on my iPhone. Top thinks Vardy will stay. I don't think he would be publicly saying that if he wasn't confident - that's an excellent sign and all points to the rumours over the last couple of weeks being correct.
Up until now, like you I've dismissed these rumours on Vardy staying - but this is the biggest indicator we have had so far. Top would of course no the details of his release clause and its duration and the fact he indicates we will know 'very soon' would suggest he has been in contact with Vardys representatives.
