spr, trouble can happy anywhere, anytime, millions of tourists go, enjoy and comeback without a hint of bother, the incidents are such high profile that it makes you think that trouble is just around the corner, it generally is not

A mate of mine and his family went to Turkey about a week after the coup thing happened, had a great time and no problems at all.
I wouldn't want to go to the cities personally but I don't think you will have any issues in the holiday destinations.
Basically the cheaper holiday offsets the slightly higher risk (a risk which is still very low in real terms).
Tbh i think a lot of it is just what it is, if somethings going to happen to you it's going to happen regardless of where you go

Yeah it's an all inclusive so I doubt I would even leave the hotel.

If you get a chance go to Pammukale, a good day out.....most places run tours there Zachsda.
I doubt my paltry estate would provide more than a few cookies for you and Liam on one of you afternoons in the pub

Turkeys a great place. Had many great hols there. Enjoy
Will have a look although I intend to use the all inclusive to its full I will probably go on one or two trips
