I've had it nearly 10 years, only done 48k, literally use it to drive to work and back, I know his insurance will be a little higher with it being a 1.6 but I was going to replace it anyway, great little runarounds focus's

----------------------------------------------------------------------
I've literally read hundreds of car reviews over the last few weeks
The Leon has a decent write up, esp the new petrol engined FR
Reckon I'll go for the cooper s 2.0 petrol
Pretty quick, quite torquey, decentish mpg for a hot hatch
I can't drive a Mini, they're so girly. My cousin bought one two months ago, 56 plate. 1.6 litre with 179bhp, it's very nippy and extremely quick but everything else about it is flimsy and weak.
He skidded on ice when it was snowing and hit the curb a bit, it completely ruined his alignment and the wishbone was bent out of shape. Cost him a shed load to fix.
I've got the Ibiza FR Earl, it's a 1 litre with 115bhp. Perfect for London, and it's a very attractive looking hatchback too. The only minor issue is its filled with cheap plastic inside on the dashboard and doors.
The Mrs has a 320d auto and the engine and gearbox are superb
I was looking at a 120d for myself but I can't justify a diesel to go to work and back, the engine wouldn't even be warm by the time I got to work, plus the price of diesel is skyrocketing now
Ford's new petrol engines are crap, as are VW's
The A3 is also a possibility, they do a couple of good petrol engines
The new 3 series looks fecking wicked man, it’s a dream of mine to buy one of those babies before the whole world goes fully electrical. Also, don’t Audi and VW have the same engines?
Nah, VW don't don't do the 1.8 TFSI or the same 2.0 TFSI you get in the A3
They do a 2.0 TFSI in the Golf GTI but it's more thirsty

Bobby it is the sane engine. Is the ea888 used in the s3 as in golf gti. Wouldn’t make any sense not to use the same engine.the whole point is that they are built in the mqb chassis, with the same engine parts across the Audi/vw/Skoda/seat range.
I'm looking for the missus too. Thinking new A class. A200 AMG line.

how much is your budget mate
i don't want to go above 250, preferably under 230 if I can manage it
I've used leasing options for the 2 cars I currently have for the me and the mrs however have noticed their prices have recently jumped right up
anyone else noticed a jump in prices, possibly something to do with brexit maybe

Traded in s V8 Porsche Cayenne yesterday for a c class 1.8 Merc as middle age suddenly hit me.
Got a Honda CBR 600 f for speed buzz, but that c class is a little beauty to relevant 40mpg instead of 16.
Get your wife in kash from 4k or less.

Well the reviews I've watched/read on the VW were saying it was a bit too revvy going through the gears whereas the Audi there was no mention of it
Anyway I wouldn't buy a golf as they're dull as fck inside and out
