THE SEASON IS HERE
Early FANTASIC games include: Spurs vs GSW (timmy )
Heat vs Magic (rivalry innit)
Rockets vs Lakers
Who knows whats going to happen this season all I know is another serious injury to KD wouldn't necessarily be a bad thing..........
why am I american.
Knicks to upset tonight!??!
Imagine curry and KD and Klay all fit, then in fighting and slumping to a 42-40 record
Would be so good if spurs win tonight, gasol dropping 30, 15 rebounds 10 assists
I always preferred big-man ball to this new style of athletic shooters.
Would love if we played negatively, slowed it right down and stuck it low to LMA and Pau all game.
Who you backing this year?
Nicks home first game of the season in front of MSG is a tough ask for a probably complacent Cavs
Cavs again to upset the odds...but lebron obvs has more loss seasons then win seasons. I hope kyrie can just keep going up...He's probably just below Westbrook/Leonard level.
So that's the next step then to get to steph/KD level.
Then to become the best PG in the league.
If he doesn't improve I can't see GSW losing .
We could have two-three years with lebron and kyrie before lebron starts to really decline. They are the only thing in GSW's way.
gotta admit what steph does, too me, is more impressive than low ball post play. Shooting off the dribble like that...just unbelievable. Unless Blake Griffin and a few other skywalkers really have a highlight reel for the whole year, then the games gonna keep going towards 3 pt basketball.
Yeh Steph is an exception as he is simply exceptional. I like watching PG's in general.
Its more your Klay Thompson's of this world that are boring to watch. I love a team with at least one phenomonal low-post player and a good ball handler.
Shaq, KG, TD, Pau, Zebo, Webber etc.
Just stick it low and let them do the magic
You also like elbows to the face then edin?
Ah I don't mind Klay when he goes off but yeah pass and shoot is quite boring.
CP3, Steph, Westbrook, Kyrie and Lebron are probably the most exciting. And is it Crawford?
Swap Russell for Lillard, who I prefer to watch then yeh.
When Westbrook isn't dunking he is trying too hard and its all a little boring.
you don't like westbrook? guys a beast, think hes fav for MVP this year.
What do you think of the Knicks this year?
I reckon they could finish as high as 3rd, as low as 10th
Knicks will be an enigma thats for sure. Can't work out if Anthony, who is unbelievably lazy, will be detrimental for the team or not.
I just don't really rate Westbrook as a passer, even though he gets a lot of assists it's only through fast-breaks, he is basically a SG.
Hopefully Rose can stay fit, with him running the floor,
Porz and Noah to do the defensive work and whoever else to step up, leave anthony to do the offense. Apparently he was pretty good in the olympics...but it is just that, the olympics
The thing with the east is that it doesn't matter how well a team does, boston, toronto, chicago, atlanta etc...you already know cavs will be in the final. Just seems like a waste lol
Anthony is one of the few shooters who is ungardable in the league, him, Steph, KD and Dirk IMO
yeah hes a big old unit and his offensive moves are up there still. But getting on and like you say lazy and...injury prone
See the lack of respect from Simmonds? 9 seconds down and dunks so hard on GSW
If Kawhi can keep that level up more consistently, then we have him and LMA who can provide enough points to push us through the whole season, and really compete in the playoffs.
Could also be on for an MVP award if his offensive game is as impressive as it was last night.
Also BT have the Cavs and Spurs game showing now
Brilliant 1st quarter interview with Pop last night
'This is your first quarter in god knows how long without Timmy, how you coping?"
Pop 'We fine him $2500 every game he doesnt play'
If the Warriors don't get a proper rim protector before the trading deadline the Cavs will beat them easily in the finals. Imagine giving Lebron a free ride to the basket it would be a disaster for the Warriors.
kyrie is flowing aswell, did you watch the toronto cavs game?
