Fk Spurs, Rockets' year'
How good are 76ers doing this year. Nets have definitely taken the worst team mantle
No chance, they'd sweep or win 4-1 V OKC.
Nobody but Cavs can beat GSW imo. I'm just hoping kyle korver has like a 60% 3P series of something. They are gonna need him, kyrie, and love firing at over 45% to win.
My dream would be similar to your's, GSW having to play 7 game series the whole way. Wouldn't mind a spurs cavs final.

haha yeah wouldn't say 6ers are doing good, but better than the monstrosity they were. Embiid tearing it up atm
GSW v Rockets will be a cracker Saturday.
Can still see the winner coming from Raptors, Celtics or Rockets.
Lot more open this year, GSW just look so unbalanced with KD still but if they do click..... just something i don't like about Cavs, Irving has been quality though. James Harden still the man. Thomas, Lowry & DeRozan great too
Be nice to have one of the 3 above winning it, Thomas & Harden slugging it out in the final.
Yeh just meant compared to usual, 14-26 is great for them! Nets struggling big time
76ers should be good anyway after their picks. Could make play offs next year, lakers will too. Think both will just miss out this year, Lakers struggling a bit lately.
Expected a lot better from the Knicks this season with Rose & Noah. Very inconsistent
Watched the 76ers beat the raptors last night. Embiid is scary good. They should definitley target the playoffs next year especially if embiid starts playing big minutes.
It'll also be interesting to see what Simmons can bring, although from what ive read he cant shoot to save his life.
GSW are a problem, Not as poor defensively as early in the season and KD on like 50% shooting average 26, Curry about 25 off 45% and Thompson 21 average on about 45%. Scary

Good article on the 76ers
Another win for them last night, this time over Portland
Mavericks just mullered the lakers
Spurs beat the Cavs, but @Oscar only followed basketball for about 3 days, thinks they have no chance vs the GSW
Where did i say that? Nick said only Cavs can beat GSW.
I agree though, Spurs would lose to them, can't see them getting that far though, not got enough offense
Not got enough offense?
Firstly defence tends to win championships, as do bigs. Only in recent has the formula flipped a bit due to LBJ being a mega-star and due to a random GSW never-miss season,
Secondly Spurs are actually 12th in PPG (and they aren't a fast break team), with one of the greatest +/- differentials in the league.
Write them off at your own peril, as Saint had in the past before you, and get shown up like everyone else.
Clippers may have all the flair in the world which you are attracted to cos its easy on the eye, but they are just another 05 Suns. Rockets may look promising, but they are no different to teams led by Redd, Arenas or Baron Davies.
Experience is more key in the NBA than almost any other sport, with this current team they will go places. It's just wheter or not GSW/Cavs have the fire power to counter that. Spurs have finally lost their lack of rebounding prowess since obtaining Pau.
Also they could easily be top 7 with points scored considering most the teams in front of them have played 1 or 2 games more.
isn't points scored usually done per game edin?
And what has the h2h been between gsw and spurs this year?
1-1 I believe between GSW and Spurs?
They do a total Nick, just go on NBA website and team stats and you will see a whole bunch about it. Interesting stuff.
Plus in basketball, unlike football, you can actually predict stuff a lot easier with stats etc.
mate trust me I know about the stats they use nba.com is good.
But either way ppg is a better judge.
You think spurs will beat them in the conference final then?
Honestly? I really don't know
Thing is with jump shot teams is you will never know if they will turn up or not, often meaning they cause series upsets in playoffs but rarely win it.
Spurs create their shots better, and playoff time is often won by the bigs. Pounding it down low and getting a lot of boards is what wins championships.
I feel the balance of this GSW team is off, if Spurs can slow the ball down, and if Pau isn't past-it then Spurs will win. Last year the only reason why Spurs missed out was cos old age finally hit Timmy.
Admittedly TP guarding Steph will always make me cry.
More chance of Spurs winning the PL than San Antonio winning the NBA
We dont do WUMs on NBA board
BTW just realised what you meant by PPG misread it bizarrely.
Yeah I just clicked on the wrong column and dunno why I didnt correct it. Spurs are indeed 7th in PPG.
We'll see ya poomplex not long now!
76ers to win it next year
Can't wait for all star weekend
Poomplex how long you been waiting to use that?
Don't know about creating better shots, and even if they did gsw have better shooters so will balance out.
Just can't see it, even though spurs' record would be ridiculous any other year
