So why haven't watford kept him then...either he's not fit or they don't rate him
I have to admit that Sideshow Bob hasn't been a disaster for you. Conte's doing a fine job. He's even got the madman in therapy.
Gotta say, Luiz, Kante etc have been great. And Pedro. But azpilicueta is the new Ashley cole. Just ridiculously good..every blimming week...unbelievable this guy. Must have a 99% win ratio on one on ones. Ridiculous

Not sure, strange because they happen to play the same system as Chelsea. Maybe Mazzari didn't like the look of him, could be anything really.
Standout performers this season for me are Luiz, Azpi and Costa. Barely put a foot wrong. Azpi is one of the best defenders I have seen play for us. At fullback I think he has his weaknesses, but as a CB in a back three he is faultless.
Personally think Cahill, Alonso and Matic are little bit underrated by Chelsea fans. None of them are perfect, but definitely will do the job this year.
But you are right, the real plaudits should go to Conte. He has really tailored a formation and style of play for our players, something not even Mourinho was ever able to do in his second term.
The great thing is our most promising loanees suit the system.
Christensen is an excellent ball playing CB and feel like he would slot right in next to Azpi and Luiz.
Kenedy isn't a LB. He doesn't really have the attacking threat to be a left winger for a top club either IMO at this stage. I think LWB would suit him perfectly. Bit like having a second Moses.
And Thorgan Hazard (I know he isn't actually on loan but low buy back) would work great in the front 3.

If the cheap buyback doesn't exist, there's no need for Thorgan (nowhere near the levels of Eden).
Got superior player in Musonda on our books.
Here's to hoping Chalobah can displace Matic out of the side, In same way Moses has come into the team and made that position his own.
On Moses, quite funny and fortunate how it has panned out for him (after years of bad luck).
Had Cuadrado wanted to be stick around squad, would have been on fringes or out (Conte big fan of Cuadrado & made for right wing-back).
Finally got a break!

it does...but the right hard work....obviously we've had no midweek distractions....but I want them back next term
Kennedys look poor for me, I see nothing that makes me think he'll be a good player one day
I always thought that Moses had the minerals but he was never given a fair crack of the whip till now. He had 3 blinding pre-seasons but then was shipped out on loan as being perceived as not being good enough.
I think Kennedy is the most excited I've been about a young player since hazard himself. Was great when he played for us
Agreed nick, he was very direct which I liked, especially compared to the ponderous and sideways and backwards type of Football that we have played at times over the years. No defence likes people consistently running at it.
