Everyone chill, we've got Brazil.

Well....I thought I'd cheer myself up by heading to the Phillipines on the way home.

It's brilliant....no football. The people are great fun. Like Thailand used to be.....shssshhhhhhh!!!

Gardening leave? Please take this as my official notice period. Looking forward to waking up and checking my accumulators without the two hour stress in between!

Enjoy the season!! When Derby aren't celebrating your demise you know you are well in the sheet! Haha

Attendance guess next week...12,934

Brazil will do his best and I appreciate his help by he is the academy director and by his own admission is no first team manager so we need someone in ASAP who knows the league.

The problem is we will need someone whom is desperate as who will want to work with the nut job that is Fawaz.

It will not happen but go for Dougie as he has experience of working with him already and completing the job he was asked to do.

Also for anyone even thinking it Rowett has said he will not work with Fawaz.

Please let it be Clough.

I've been told Fawaz spoken to Nigel Clough to become their manager and Ben Robinson had know Choice but to agree with it. Also Fawaz is a big fan of Bryson

I'd like Dougie back; he has got his back four in place already, and he would have Britt this time as well (I hope). But can't really see him coming back to this basket case.

NLN - We'd have to pay compo, so can't see that either.

Pearson - He wouldn't last long but probably our best option at the moment.

I also wish Stan Collymore was doing the job that McGovern is paid to do

Get Pearson in if you want to stay up

It's the only thing he's really cut out for

If you get Clough you are doomed for relegation. He must have the worst away record in the history of the modern game.

He would end up nutting fawaz in the first month.

I laughed at this

Here's an idea: make Fawaz manager so then he can sack himself and then we are rid of him! #nffc

BD III - for when slippery seconds are just too clean.

Wouldn't surpise me if you're still paying BD anyway??

Good point

Clough, Pearson or Dougie would be my first choices.

We need someone proven, I would rather have Billy back then appointing someone we have never heard of.

Well here we are again, familiar territory for us Forest fans, no manager, inadequate team, incompetent owner... I sometimes wonder if back in the 1970s the committee made a deal with the Devil to win everything in exchange for years of misery and failure afterwards.

Good article once from the NEP

He was a good guy but unfortunately no good guy is going to be able to work with our despot of an owner.

Maybe we do need Pearson to come in and bring him down a few pegs

Pearson - if allowed absolute control would sort it out

He could turn that team into fighters, get them playing in a simple 4-4-2 and get results. He was completely the wrong appointment for Derby who didn't do their homework at all on him

Where he thrives is taking an underachieving club (as Leicester were) and building a team ethic. Problem is - he needs Steve Walsh with him who is now DoF at Everton and he can't work with most chairmen....

He would be a disaster......

Billy needs money. A big transfer pot. If he doesn't get it he goes mental. Starts shutting out the media, won't play the academy players, demanding you sign prem players on loan etc

How on earth would Billy cope with forests current financial plight?!

Montanier is a nice guy, but some of his team selections were very poor, mainly I think because he put too much faith in the players to do jobs they weren't familiar with, as we see in continental football.

"Clough, Pearson or Dougie would be my first choices." - Super
------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Surely you can only have one first choice.

Blackstar is right about Davies - with the current crop of youngsters coming through we want someone who will give them their chance when the time comes. Davies would probably shut down the academy.

Don't even think about listening to the brainless clowns who put his name forward Fawaz
