Also the judeo christians that built America and Europe did so off the back of wealth made through colonization, which is the greatest blight on mankind.

How far do you want to go back though Bluebells? Arabs created math, without math the America and europe you speak of wouldn't exist.

I am talking about now and recent past.

Where did the Persian or Roman or Greek civilizations go???

I am not deriding anyone...I was asking g about people obsessed by America and the reply is often...America is the super power and we follow them etc, as Dave said.

This is not going back but here and now bud.

Other empires and civilizations came and went and we are living through the European American period now....not looking back at all.Other than identifying a possible catalyst and source for how Europe and America became dominant, often through oppression mind you.

Like all empires...some lose out.

The Arab nations today are witnessing regression with dictators, Islamist regimes and corruption and war.

Poor education week economies
And minimal research or translation of texts in the middle East now...money from oil keeps many afloat by sheer luck.

How did the leading civilization regress so far???

Never mind always focusing on the yanks and Israel.

Look I'm all for impeaching the president if he's done anything wrong. Can't try to oust him out of office if you don't like him.

My problem is that so far, you have Mueller giving a wishy washy statement that can be spun all sorts of direction. What is clear to me is that there isn't sufficient evidence to charge him with anything thus the pandering off to the Congress to let them decide the next course of action. I believe Nancy Pelosi is feeling the same way too which is why she's so hesitant on pulling the trigger on someone who is supposed guilty as day.

The left needs to let this go and prep for 2020. That's their best chance of ousting Trump out. Even if they oust him out now, do we really want Mike Pence to run the show? He's far more right leaning than your normal Republicans.

This is what alluded to yesterday.

Pence is the real deal, wheress Trump is playing po!itics and making it up as he goes along!as

Without Bannon, Trump has no direction and is shown to be the businessman dipping histoe in global affairs and economics at home!

Trump is not a christian fundametalist like Pence either.

Trump for all his idiocy, may be a better option than a evangelical lunatic like pence.Talk about rick and hard place. The dems are the only hope, and I can’t see them having anyone who can beat trump. For all trumps glaring incompetences, he’s a good show man, and it would seem most Americans don’t want to know the truth, they’d rather listen to snake oil salesmen.Trump to be fair, is a good snake oil salesman, willing to get far more dirty and underhand than they will ,

Trump has done some good things and the dems are not exactly the "only hope". A lot of them aren't much better.

Not many. He’s done a lot of bad though.

Ignoring the media crap he's almost been good. Some are just desperate to get him on everything which often ignores the mistakes he does make. His policies are getting through slowly which is why he was voted in, slowly and quietly but they are, dems will need someone good to beat him at this rate.

Depends what media crap you talk of? American media crap, fair enough, it’s all slanted one way or another.his policies are mostly rubbish, and danaging.he will pump himself out to anyone who makes a donation to his campaign, it dosent really matter what they want it how damaging it is. Corrupt as they come.

But I think he talks enough shiiit in a good game way to hoodwink the stupid into voting for him again.

The Dems should start a process toward impeachment, drip drip the corruption in the White House to the American public via live TV congressional hearings. Trump doesn't leave the WH even if he is impeached so it doesn't matter, what matters is showing his personal corruption. Do that and he doesnt get re-elected.

They will need a lot more actual proof of more crimes if he is to be impeached, if they fail hes 99% guaranteed 2020

Impeachment itself is irrelevant.

It's the process to decide whether to impeach or not that is important. Show the voters how personally corrupt he is.

If they start it and it fails its a win for trump that he can use on his campaign trail easily.

No doubts its a gamble.

Doing whats right is never bad politics though.

They need to get him for something or his witch hunt comments just seem more and more true, so far it's been nothing but fails for everyone except trump

posted on 1/6/19

If they can't bust him for anything then it puts trump in the right, political suicide

If they can get ahold of his personal and his businesses' tax records and accounts, he's done for. He's all but admitted that himself.

That's a big if though, isn't it?
