Shooter was good, both the film and the series.

I've just watched the first episode of Stranger Things. That was decent.

Are you sure that wasn't the dodgy camera feed that the owners set up to spy on you and bribe you later with videos of you and the donkey?

Also, if you're looking for gritty Police drama, you can't beat "BOSCH"...Real grit!

I've just cancelled my Sky funny enough. Am paying £41.50 for that, told them I could get Netflix and Amazon Prime for about £15 for the two.

The lowest Sky would go was £22.80 to keep my current package, and I said £20 and I'll stay. They refused it so I've cancelled! Wonder if I'll get another call 🤔

You usually do, I got a call on the day it was being switched off and they came down to what I was willing to pay.

Stranger Things > The OA

The OA had potential to be more than it was but still pretty good. I'd say Marco Polo on Netflix was good.

My bad, Vikings is exclusively on Amazon's I think.

Try Lucifer - it's been throughly recommended to me

Yet to watch it though.

Just finished watching The last kingdom.

There is also something about Jean Claude Van Damme, I am told it's really enjoyable and funny.

I've watched Breaking Bad, Dexter, Fargo and Narcos although the last 2 I've only watched the first season and thought they were outstanding

Sorry guys, it didn't work with me...Though I had pulled it off previously but this time, Sky decided to pull the plug

Not literally!

Though, I called them up and they did offer me a better deal in the end

Funny that!

That's what I'm thinking. I do really like Sky, but there's no doubt it's overpriced these days, they simply don't have a monopoly anymore to dictate prices.

He kept going on about all the programs the others don't show. I had to stop myself asking had he not heard of Exodus

If you cancel, then go on to the my sky web page they normally have a pop up that gives you 50% off if you cancel your cancellation. It's just the press of a button.

You can uncancel your cancellation at any point in the last 30 days, so it makes sense to cancel. If you visit hot UK deals they have a thread which is continually updated with the latest sky tricks.

Thing is, I've been with them for about 14 years, so I'd like to think they'll come down another £2.80!
