Your argument is about judging how this Chelsea side do in the big games. They lost those and changed their entire approach to games and have been almost perfect since then.

I'd say United are our bogey right now. More confident of Liverpool getting a result against Chelsea than I am of us winning against the dross. I think we'll beat Chelsea.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
What makes you think your current form can stand up to Chelsea?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Because of our record against other top 6 teams. If it wasn't for that we'd be comfortably out of the top 4.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
That was when you had Mane and we're in good form.
Now you have neither. Not trying to wum but this Chelsea side are set up perfectly to beat you guys next week.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
But then you could put forward an argument that Chelsea bar the game against us have been poor against the better opposition. Played off the park by Liverpool, Spurs and Arsenal and as a matter of fact played off the park against city. A game city with the chances they had should never have lost

Of course it counts. Chelsea have only been convincing against United in the big games. They are however extremely clinical. Klopp has set us up well in most of our big games, reminds me of the way Benitez used to approach European games. I think Chelsea can be beat with the right approach, especially down the wings. Mane is a big miss for this game tho.

Arsenal probably will finish there but not a certainty this season, Spurs again look strong now, but have also had their patchy form this season and injuries could make them suffer.
