I play a 4-3-1-2 formation, attacking. Both full backs push on to give me width, short passing, high pressing and a ball winning midfielder, deep lying playmaker and roaming player in the midfield. Seems to be working well.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
blah blah nobody cares what u do.
you cheat. you probably save the game before every match and then replay it again.
I'm a couple of seasons into a game as Milan manager. I bought Andre Silva from Porto at the start (summer 16) and now two seasons in and 40 goals later Arseonal want him and he wants to go.
We're at an impasse
thorgan hazard is a shout on FM15 btw
Smid
Me and one of my mates from school used to play against each other and one day he beat me in the FA Cup final with a last minute goal and he was shouting GIFUY and I ended up battering him
My maw threw the game out oblivious to the fact you didn't need the disc once it was installed on the PC

This sounds like a boring thread.
Anyway, I've started a new save on Football Manager 15. I've not bought it the last couple of years.
Started as Everton. I'll be honest, I, ahem, sold a couple of surplus players to Chelsea for somewhat inflated fees to give me a transfer kitty. A little more wheeling and dealing too helped me secure my transfer targets, notably Lacazette (£10m), Payet (8m), Grenier (8m) and Balanta (can't remember, not a lot).
Just pumped Man City 6-1 in the league cup then trounced them 4-0 in the league a few days later.
On the first day of the season Lacazette scored a last minute winner at Anfield for a 4-3 win.
Great stuff.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I gave up on Championship Manager when it was rebranded and became far too detailed to be enjoyable.
It's like people who play Sims.
I used to have nightmares about Vincenzo Montella when he played for Roma in the game. The vank always scored against my team whoever I was managing
There was a wee Brazilian youngster in it years ago and you could sign him for £250,000 and after a few years he was absolutely frightening in it. His surname began with a Z but I can't remember his full name.

The only time I've ever broken anything due to a game was playing FIFA. I've had to buy a few extra controllers
And subbuteo, obviously. I used to stand on the wee bassas all the time.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Ah the old FIFA rage.. Punched a chest of drawers many moons ago and split my knuckle
Which naturally made me even angrier at the time
i didnt buy this years fifa because last years appalled me so much, truly hated it.
turns out iniesta cant pass a ball 5 yards.

Roma under Capello were impossible to beat in CM01/02
Montella, Totti, Batistuta, Cafu, Walter Samuel, Emerson, Cassano, Tomassi, Delvecchio
Too good

This years FIFA is head and shoulders above the previous couple of editions.
Really cleaned up a lot of glitches and the game engine running runs much smoother and more realistic.
Best FIFA ever.
Joe Cole was amazing in 01/02
so were Quaresma, Robben and Van der Vaart
best player in it was Totti though, scary good 20 for everything
FIFA is pash because all you get is people playing ultra defence and then pacewhoring up front. It's boring as feck.

No...it's true.
i had a shameful football mananger moment smid
I split with a ex from romania, so i bought all of romania top prospects for a good few seasons in a row and then let them rot in my reserves.
i even took over control of the reserves to ensure they had no game time, and set their training to the lowest possible intensity, think i also trained a few as goalkeepers.
thus ruining romanias next generation of footballers.
take that ya cow.

its probably my most petty moment if i'm being honest.
This has went from transfers to FM
Wit aboot the young nigerian winger / striker from the belgium leagues?? Seems as if it could be a good source of young talent as thats where we got Wanyama. Not heard much else on this though, at 19 he must be a prospect.
