He's allegedly called someone an effing white batch. Why the word they decided to take issue with was white, which he is, is beyond me. If true, it's not good but it's not racist ffs.

How can you racially abuse someone of the same colour?
Its a hate crime under the protected characters in law...
if the victim feels its a crime it will be dealt with as such, nobody here was at the scene so nobody knows what happened. Until we know otherwise it will be treated as a hate crime (under the racial part of that offence)
