Absolutely agree with you.
anyways from a personal perspective when i see folk wearing burqa's i do find it a bit unnerving and for me it just creates a divide in society
Hoodys and hats are banned in my local pub and have been for years ,
Would anyone ever talk to a woman in a burka? I can't imagine I'd feel able to.
So do you drink at home now then fitlfc?
why would anyone wear a hoody up indoors unless they were up to mischief
As a really ugly bloke I thought you would understand that one Pranks.

You're unable to talk to women full stop.
Right. I also feel a sense of unease if I'm unable to see someone's face.

Op...I agree too. Different countries have different cultures, if people move to anothers country they should respect that countries culture and not try to change it!

Thats not whats happened here though is it?
There hasn't been any bans on balaclava's or hoodies, or any other clothing that can cover the face in place in our culture, not a permanent ban anyway, only in certain places.
Nobody has tried to force us to change our laws. We (as in Europeans) are in some cases changing our laws because WE don't like it.
There has been no disrespect of our culture by Muslims perfectly legally wearing burqas.
Actually might be s very canny way of cutting immigration from Muslim countries. Surprised trump hasn't gone for this.
Selbs - he said culture not laws
And what other items are being worn by people to cover their faces because they don't want you to look at them?
Would you be happy with a teacher or doctor wearing one? Or a police officer ?
Doesn't change the fact that Muslims wearing Burqa's in Europe are not trying to change our culture.

Why wouldn't I?
They are not wearing it to affect me. They are wearing it because they believe in their religion.
Has no effect on me whatsoever.
It's difficulty psychologically to communicate with someone who is hiding their face from you.
Plus not all of those that wear them do it voluntarily.
Of course it does Selbs. Is it typically British for women to hide their face ?
