Not confident at all. A poor team selection and poor ref in Mason who's sent off few of our players in the past and awarded controversial penalties against us.

Would really love us to sign a CB who can properly take the ball out the midfield and be an extra man in midfield. Getting sick of teams just sitting back.

Reckon klopp prefers two midfielders who proivde cover, with lallana back in midfield i expect to see him and wij interchanged, either by rotating the lineup or via substitutions.

Wij is a good option from the bench anyway.

Can was much improved against chelsea, Klopp has said thats the first time in a few months where he hasnt been playing with pain.

Im willing to take what klopp says at face value and see how Can performs before accusing him of lieing and poor team selection.

Besides which, wij gets further forward, we conceed on counters, Gini and Emre are not the same type of player and are therefore not really interchangeable

Too many in the box causes congestion and most fans would be furious if we conceed on the counter, you need some players outside the box to recycle possession and cover for the attacking fullbacks.

If all you care about is players in the box why are you not questioning why lucas is playing instead of studge and milner instead of origi ?
