Did Paisley manage in the Premier league?
I'd argue Gullit was a better player than Sir Alex.........
Michael Laudrup gotta be there or thereabouts
Guardiola, Carlo and Koeman were all pretty handy, but not on Laudrup's level.
Chelsea have had a few to be fair. Vialli and Hoddle added to their list
I heard Brian Clough was a fair player?
Jean Tigana was a mighty fine player too
Best player?
Thought you meant former player that was best manager.

Top goalscorer, don't know 'bout all 'round skills.
Tbh I thought you meant best footballer who'd never played in the English top flight rather than just PL.
Laudrup's still gotta be in with a shout regardless.
Top flight.
Brian Clough.
Conte and Arcelotti were both excelent players and managers. Pep was also a decent player. As is Koeman
if you're just talking about simply the best player, regardless of their managerial ability then its gotta be one of
Gullit, Laudrup or Vialli
with shout outs to Dalglish, Koeman, Guardiola, Magath and a few others who were top players too

Would have loved to see Kenny play in the current prem
Was bit young in his hayday and obviously being a utd fan didn't see him live then. Watched him in Iam Rush's testimonial and his vision and passing was phenomenal albeit it was a friendly
Really lovely bloke as well. Enjoyed chats with him on Lord Street Southport. No airs and graves compared to some of the young Kant's today who have achieves feck all
Did Pochettino ever play in the Premier League?
Probably Laudrup and Dalglish. Souness, Keegan, Robson, Mancini and Keane haven't been mentioned and are up there too.
Tim Sherwood
Clothes the Fred
Pochettino played for Argentina in the World cup. Also for Newall OB, Espanyol and PSG.
