It's a strange world when democracy has to be requestioned time after time until the "correct" result is achieved.

You know what? This is something I've been thinking about recently.

Back in my days in architecture I did loads of "homers" drawing up palms for extending and renovating critters cottages which weee given huge grant aided funding to improve them. Many were bought by "white settlers" up from the south. Purchase price circa £2k. 90% grant funding up to £10k ish and voila; a beautiful wee cottage near the shore in the most scenic of locations costing the owner around £3k. Immediately worth £30k and heaven knows what now.

I missed a trick there.

Now considering buying one very seriously. 👍
