The Banner was out

Completely disagree.

If you want him out then you bring the banner to every game win/lose/draw. Otherwise you're just fickle.

The result doesn't matter.

Why does it being at Sutton make a difference?

Supposing they had lost the match? There would not have been a better time to have brought the banner out.

Needs to be out at every game until Wenger announces that this will be his last season. Then we can give him the send off he deserves. He can't be allowed to be in charge next season.

Let's get some perspective . We were shocking tonight against a league 5 team. Only Theo and Lucas gave a half decent account of themselves.

The problem is that under Wenger our expectations have dropped to the point where we expect a league 5 team of semi-pros to give us a hard game. Do you think Chelsea, Man City, Spurs or Man Utd would have struggled to put Sutton away?

But opinions change. You might want him out, he might win the league. You'd look pretty stupid with a Wenger out banner at the match where you're receiving the trophy.

If Arsenal were in a position to win the league by being one game away, I doubt anyone would be in the frame of mind for bringing out a banner.

As it has been said be consistent if you want him out then the banner has to come out every game.

Even in the very unlikely event that we win the league, I still want him gone.
20 years is a long time. Fresh ideas need from top to bottom at the club.

Not a cat's chance in hell of winning the league ...go on bookmark it if you must...
Anyway if he did it would be a good way to bow out.

Wenger must go in May regardless of what Arsenal win this season.

Not that it would happen but if Wenger won the league from here, surely he'd have redeemed himself enough to remain in the job?

I bet you Iwobi will start ahead of Welbeck and Perez against Liverpool. The poor lad had been in poor form and needed protection for a while but Wenger wants to hold him up there as one of his academy accomplishment.

Shows how fickle they are then.

Whether that makes them fickle or not, they'd be daft to bring out banners during a title race while they're in a great moment.

Wow, that was the hardcore of the hardcore Arsenal support there tonight (only 500 away tickets issued).

If those guys are displaying the sign, without any dissension from those around them, then it suggests there is now no way back for Wenger.

Now starting to believe this will be his last season with us.

When and if Wenger leaves, the decision will be entirely his,not a bunch of plastics holding plastic banners.

Plastics

Ivan Gazidis; "Ultimately Arsene is ultimately accountable to the fans — they ultimately make judgment. If you are seeing the relationship between the fans and the manager break down over time that is unsustainable. But I don’t think we are anywhere near that.”

If we weren't close enough back then, perhaps we're a damn site closer now...

These guys travel to every game, home and away, whether it be Munich or Sutton, and because they are no longer brainwashed by Wenger's BS you call them plastic?

People calling them plastic are probaly fans who never go to games. Never spend all that time and money going home and away. It's unfair to call them plastic, whether you agree with them or not

No the decision is no longer his to make; he has abused our respect and taken the fans for granted. Real Madrid wins titles and have their players card pelted with stones.
If Arsene had any honour left in him he must forthwith announce that he is stepping down at the end the season.

Don't give them the right to slag off a man who has given so much to Arsenal football club, shame they can't show as much loyalty to the club as he has.
